- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) intent to purchase services for the following: Assembling and mailing of packets of health education materials for health education outreach; Oversight and administrative services relating to the transition, training and maintenance of a new NIDDK website; Receiving and storing materials; Developing and maintaining an inventory management control system and facilitating interaction among staff of NIDDK Bethesda, NIDDK Phoenix, and GRIC health care providers. All responsible businesses that are capable of providing the Government with the service listed above may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing or by FAX to 301-480-8501 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIHDK2008101 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. Request for copies of the RFQ must be submitted to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, 6707 Democracy Boulevard, Two Democracy Plaza, Room 775, Bethesda, MD 20817 or via email: griffinv@mail.nih.gov to the Attention: V. Lynn Griffin. FAX quotations must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and fax number. FAX quotations will be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative. All requests for quotations must have a valid email address.
