The maximum estimated quantity for all items over the five year period is 3,756,048. Estimated issue date is 12 Sep 08. First Article is required. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102 (2) (7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
