- The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials and parts to Widen Main Avenue at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201. This proposed action will be a firm-fixed price contract. Period of Performance will be 150 days after receipt of an award. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A site visit will be sometime in the month of August 2008 for venders to review the location for the work contemplated to be performed.
