- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to solicit and award, on a full and open competitive basis, a firm fixed-price purchase order for the fabrication of sixty (60) each Mooring Anchors in accordance with a Statement of Work and Drawings. This action is 100 % set-aside for small business concerns and will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332710, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The SIC code is 3599. Solicitation number N62306-08-T-3088 applies. The solicitation will be available under “Business Opportunities” at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) worldwide web site (www.neco.navy.mil).
