- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole-source basis to Sierra Nevada Corporation. 985 University Avenue Suite 4 Los Gatos, California 95032, an order for QTY 1 2-channel IF signal conditioner circuit card assembly PN 00980026-01 and associated installation, training, software CD and manuals. Brand name or equal is not acceptable due to the need for 100 percent compatibility to existing equipment. The closing date is 18 August 2008 @ 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
