- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of fabricated bumper bracket kits and components: Bumper Bracket Kits Bumper Bracket P/N: RHINO-2.6-0001 Horizontal Arm P/N: RHINO-2.4-0002 Horizontal Extension P/N: RHINO-2.4-0003 Bumper Box P/N: RHINO-2.4-0004 The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed priced Requirements type contract for one base year and one additional option year. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See numbered note 1. Solicitation W911N2-08-R-0145 date: O/A 25 August 2008, Closing date: O/A 12 September 2008. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on 25 August. Drawings will be released with the solicitation.
