- Description
- The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with CCH, Inc. located at 4025 West Peterson Avenue, Chicago, IL to provide fifty-five (55) printed copies of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and fifty-five (55) printed copies of the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The Government intends to issue an Order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 entitled “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any quotes received by the closing date and time will be considered by the Government. Responses to this Notice should be submitted to Ms. LaQuia S. Geathers at geathel@onr.navy.mil by 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on 19 August 2008. Any responses received after the closing date and time will be treated as a late submission.
