- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston intends to award to ProModel Corporation, 556 E. Technology Avenue, Orem, UT, 84097. All responsible may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W45MW281152001. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through the appropriate Federal Acquisition Circular (FAR 12.603(c)(2)(iii)).
