- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO GARRY BILLER, CONTRACTING OFFICER; via email garry.biller@us.army.mil No telephone request will be accepted. PRON: AX8F0673, NSN: 1615-01-562-8156, PN: 1006800, Quantity: Min 100 / Max 352 each, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article (FA) is 100 each 420 Days after Contract Award (DACA); required delivery without (FA) is 100 each 280 Days after Contract Award (DACA); required delivery when Alternate II clause is recommended 100 each 350 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Hub-Zone Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than Hub-Zone business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, Hub-Zone companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
