- Project # 06-0023P1, Repair Gas Mains Basewide, Phase 1 Offutt AFB NE. Solicitation Number FA4600-08-B-0020. This project is to remove and replace approximately 21,4000 linear feet of PE gas line and service connctions, valves and miscellaneous related work at Offutt AFB, NE. Performance period will be 180 calendar days. This solicitation will be a Invitation for Bid and will be competed as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Project magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation issue date is O/A 5 August 2008. NAICS Code: 237120. Interested firms are reminded that IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, firms must be registered to be eligible for award. Vendors should monitor this website for additional information, changes and/or updates. NOTE TO THE OFFEROR: IAW FAR 52.232.18. This project is a FY08 Straddle B proposal and funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. This is the same project that is also listed under soliciation number FA4600-08-B-0015. The new solicitation number is FA4600-08-B-0020.
