- This is a notice of intent to issue a competitive commercial services contract for personal medical support for Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Georgia. This acquisition has not been set aside for any small business category or socio economic concern. Description of services: CLIN 0001, 2 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) OB/GYN Physicians, CLIN 0001AA, 3300 Hours - Regular Hours, CLIN 0001AB, 100 hours - Overtime Hours, 0001AC, 1,500 Hours - Weeknight On-Call (Primary), 0001AD, 1,200 hours - Weeknight On-Call (Back-up), 0001AE, 1,152 Hours - Weekend/Holiday On-Call (Primary), CLIN 0001AF, 1,152 Hours Weekend/Holiday On-Call (Back-up), CLIN 0001AG 60 Hours Patient Contact While On-Call, and CLIN 0002 Contract Manpower Reporting throughout the life of the contract. Option CLINs will be included for similar services and quantities that may extend contract performance through 30 September 2013. The initial period of performance is from 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009. The formal request for proposals shall be issued shortly after this notice is posted and it is anticipated that offers will accepted through 29 August 2008.
