- W9124R-08-T-1078 25/5 Ton Overhead Crane The U. S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ, 85365-9498 intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the removal of the existing 25/5 ton crane and the purchase and installation of a new 25/5 ton crane. The contractor is responsible for providing all non-government supplied support and material (i.e. management, personnel, transportation, and equipment) required for this requirement. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed contract to the responsible bidder whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government based on technical acceptability and price. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) applicable to the acquisition is 333923 with a size standard of $500,000.00. All prospective offerers must be in possession of, or obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE) code, be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov/Default.aspx, and the Online Representations and Certifications Application database at https://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 21 August 2008.
