- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of item(s) to be acquired: The Operational Contracting Office (75CONS/PKA), Hill AFB Utah, intends to negotiate a contract for the Spectrum Analyzer. The contractor shall be able to provide these products and service in accordance with the attached performance work statement and equipment listing. This contract will have a delivery date of 30 days after the award of contract but is subject to change. Your organization's quote must be valid until 30 Sept 2008. 0001- Spectrum Analyzer Mfr:Tektronix P/N: RSA3408B or equivalent. Evaluation of Proposals: Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The responsible offerors must be registered in the Certifications and Representations database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of modifications (if any) or other information pertaining to this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a request for information in response to this synopsis. Proposal Submission Information: All prospective offerors interested in more information regarding this synopsis shall request such information by email, please include: name, address, telephone number and point of contact, fax number, email address and commercial and Government (CAGE) code. All responses are considered due on 4:00 p.m, Mountain Standard Time on the response date stated within this solicitation.
