- This requirement is for seventy-four (74) Cisco 7970G IP Phones (FSC 5805) and for eight (8) Hewlett Packard Compaq dc7800 Minitower systems with monitor (FSC 7025). The requirement is set-aside for SD-VOSB under NAICS Code 423430. Please ensure that you firm meets BOTH requirements before quoting. Delivery will be to Germany; calculate and quote freight appropriately. This solicitation incorporates FAR 5.212-1 and FAR 52.212-4 by reference. Ref. https://orca.bpn.gov and http://www.ccr.gov. FAR 52.212-3 shall be satisfied by your firm's current, complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) entry. Do not submit a quote unless or until your firm's ORCA and CCR entries are complete. Failure to heed this notice will result in a non-responsive determination. FAR 52.212-5 and local clauses are attached to the solicitation document.
