- Description
- This position is located in the Office of Management Services (OMS) of a large-sized USAID Bilateral Mission with an annual OYB of approximately $500 million and an annual Operating Expense Budget of approximately $5.0 million. The OMS provides the full range of administrative management services in support of USAID activities in Ethiopia. The incumbent serves as the Supervisory Administrative Specialist and in collaboration with the S/EXO advises Senior Mission Management on agency policy and procedures pertaining to budget, administration, and human resources. S/he in collaboration with the S/EXO advises the Mission on best practices for planning, implementing and evaluating management functions based on USAID rules and regulations. In addition, s/he in the absence of the S/EXO will have supervisory responsibility to manage the large FSN staff to ensure that OMS performs effectively and efficiently to support in an exemplary way the complex management needs of the large USAID/Ethiopia Mission.
