Description

The Department of State is interested in vendors that have the ability to conduct a test that combines vehicle anti-ram construction/testing with blast mitigation testing. The test facility shall comply with Department of Defense's DOD 4145.26M Contractor's Safety Manual for Ammunition and Explosives (See Attachment). The test facility shall have level and flat space in at least one direction from the blast location for the associated anti-ram portion of the testing which is to be performed in compliance with Department of State's SD-STD.02.01 Revision A Test Method for Vehicle Crash Testing of Perimeter Barrier and Gates (See Attachment). If your firm can provide this requirement please contact the primary point of contact on this notice with contact information and brief description of your firm's capabilities.
