- NOTE: Presolicitation Notices for GS-01P-08-BW-D-0055 and GS-01P-08-BW-C-0056 have been cancelled in their entirety due to a system numbering problem. This Presolicitation Notice GS-01P-08-BW-D-0057 is hereby issued as replacement and remains in full force and effect. This solicitation is a performance-based procurement utilizing commercial item acquisition procedures for the purpose of providing Spatial Data Management (SDM) services for the New England Region building inventory. SDM Initial Measurement and Validation (IMV) services will be provided for the following locations: Norris Cotton Federal Building in Manchester, NH; Robert Giaimo Federal Building in New Haven, CT; William Cotter Federal Building in Hartford, CT; Hastings Keith Federal Building in New Bedford, MA; US Custom House in New Bedford, MA; IRS Center in Andover, MA; US Post Office & Federal Building in St. Albans, VT; and the US Post Office & Federal Building in Montpelier, VT. SDM Maintenance services will be provided for the entire New England Region SDM inventory. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. These services are comprised of the following three NAICS codes: 541310 Architect Services, 541410 Interior Design, and 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services. This procurement will be a firm-fixed price contract. Issue date will be on or about 08/19/2008. Proposal due date will be on or about 09/17/2008. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business qualified companies that are knowledgeable of performing work under NAICS codes 541310, 541410, and 541513. The solicitation will be available to download via this website only (www.fedbizopps.gov). It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the RFP and any associated documents (i.e. amendments, notices). The offeror is responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and associated documents. Register on this website to receive notification of all documents uploaded. No questions on the procurement will be entertained until the RFP is published.
