Description
In reference to solicitation # W912LC-08-T-0013. The date is being changed on submitting questions from August 6, 2008 to August 12, 2008, 5PM, MST. Proposal submittal date is being changed from August 8, 2008 by 10AM, MST to August 15, 2008 by 10AM, MST. For the lighting bid alternate: provide a control system keypad just inside the entry door to control some zones of the lighting. COANG would rather go with a wired 12 inch touch panel, with approximately a 15ft or 5ft meter cord. Please include a zoom lense as discussed. Partial Payments clause will be added to contract(2 payments). Vendor must provide proof of invoice and insurance in order for partial payments to be disbursed. The Government will not take responsibility of product until it is delivered to the site product is being installed at. Additional Clarifications: Contractor will dispose of all demo'ed wire and materials properly offsite. The rack shall be lockable and quiet if it has ventilation fans installed. It is our desire, in fact, that the user will be able to run the system with only access to the LCD control panel. All functions will have to be able to be made through the touch panel (HD DVD player will be locked in the rack and would be the only item needing access to). We plan to keep the rack locked and secured. There were 4 wireless microphone systems listed in the GFE equipment list. It was our intention to have only 2 in this project. The planned two systems we plan to use are the ULXS124/85-J1 systems that are in bold print.
