- This requirement is set aside for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business Only (SDVOSB).The scope is to install sprinkler system and suspended ceiling to include lights and heating/ventiliation ductwork in approximately 1,600 sqft office work area in Bldg 35 at Watervliet Army Arsenal, Watervliet, NY. The new sprinkler system will required to tie into existing sprinkler system located in Bldg. As-built drawings of new sprinkler system are also required. NAICS code: 238220 and size standard is 13 million. It is the government intent to issue a Firm Fixed Priced contract, construction estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitation W911PT-08-Q-0244 is projected to be posted to Army Single Face with Industry (AFSI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 18 Aug 08. Site visit is scheduled for 27 Aug 08 at 09:00am Meeting Point Bldg 10 Second Floor Conference Room. Proposal will be due not later than 15 Sep 08.
