- The IRS is synopsizing the brand name requirement justification, items to be purchased, and the synopsis IAW with FAR 12.6. The IRS intends to issue a competitive RFQ/RFP for the following brand name requirement Captiva InterAccel. The software and maintenance will provide top quality service within the IRS by providing a scanning operation that supports compliance efforts and maintains processes that ensure document control. This is a request for proposal. However, the IRS is also requesting information from resellers or manufacturers of the brand name that is a comparable product. All resellers/manufacturers that can perform the equivalent function/services should submit their technical qualifications, literature and proposal to the following address Treva.L.Jones@irs.gov. The requirement will close on August 13, 2008
