- THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Supply Class 7 road material (approx. 8,000 tons) and clay base material (approx. 4,000 tons) to be delivered to stockpile locations and delivered to various locations and tailgate spread. Project location is Buffalo National River, Marion, Searcy and Newton Counties, Arkansas. The NAICS codes for this project are 212321 (gravel) Business Size Standard 500 employees and 484220 (hauling), Business Size Standard is $23 Million. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about August 21, 2008 at the following website: ttp://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
