- FA4855-08-R-0016 MULTIPLE PERSONNEL FUNCTIONS The Service Provider shall provide all personnel, materials, supervision, and services necessary to establish and maintain a customer service capability within the Military Personnel Flight and Civilian Personnel Flight. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and terms and conditions of the contract at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. This is a firm fixed price, requirement type contract with a performance period of 1 January 2009 through 31 December 2009 with four (4) one-year options. The NAICS Industry code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $32.5 million. Request for proposal will be tentatively issued on or about 3 September 2008 using Fed Biz Ops with Receipt of Proposal (closing date) on or about 3 October 2008. No pre-proposal conference/site visit is scheduled.
