- Contractor to provide all necessary hardware, software, installation to upgrade three conference rooms for the Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC-RI+) located at Rock Island Arsenal. The upgrade is to encompass new hardware and software that will enhance the efficiency of current capabilities, as well as provide additional capabilities for conference room users and includes training on the use of the equipment. On-site maintenance and technical support shall be required when the rooms become fully operational and have been accepted by the Government. Maintenance shall be for a base period of one (1) year and shall include two (2) one year options. A site visit will be held approximately one week after the issuance of the solicitation. Request for Quotation W52H09-08-T-5005 will be issued on a full and open basis and be conducted under FAR Part 12 Commercial Acquisitions. Award will be made to the technically acceptable low offeror. All responsible offerors who submit a proposal/quote will be considered. In order to receive an award from the Department of Defense, all vendors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award.
