- FBO Description NOTICE OF PRESOLICITATION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Alaska VA Healthcare System & Regional Office is soliciting for Case Manager Services, for the Alaska area, Request for Proposals (RFP), Solicitation No. VA-260-08-RP-0412. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure a company to establish and perform Case Management activities for seriously mentally ill veterans. Solicitation No. VA-260-08-RP-0412 will be issued August 8, 2008 as a combined solicitation in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 with a closing date of August 28, 2008. This solicitation is intended to procure services on a Firm Fixed Price. The Government may award a contract on the basis of initial offers received without discussions. Therefore, each initial offer should contain the offer's best terms from a technical, past performance, and cost/price standpoint. Offerors shall fill in Base Year and all Option Years in order to be considered for award. Interested parties should respond with a proposal. The NACIS code for this procurement is 624120, size standard is $5.0. The Market Research for this solicitation has become a challenge, so the solicitation will have the choices as follows: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, and Large Business that can meet the requirements may provide a proposal to the Contracting Officer via email constance.gilmore@va.gov or fax (907) 257-6711 or hand delivered or mailed to Department of Veterans Affairs, Alaska VA HCS Regional Office, Contracting 463/90C Suite 3000, Anchorage, AK 99508 by August 28, 2008 at 10:00 AM Alaska time.
