- Purchase Request number IQC08144009027, NSN 1680-01-226-8533, HOUSING ASSEMBLY, APU MODU, The item is to be utilized on a H46 SEA KNIGHT HELICOPTER. Solicitation SPM4A6-08-R-0951; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 3 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 3 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 12 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 12 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 24 each for the base and option years. This requirement is in accordance with source control drawing A15HS058, Rev B, dtd 10/28/1986, Type Number A15HS058-1 The approved source for this requirement is PALL AEROPOWER CORPORATION, cage code 18350, part number AA-B130-1D1A. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Delivery is 250 days ARO. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. The anticipated issue date is August 25, 2008 & closing date of September 24, 2008. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
