- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Repair of F110 Engine Distributor, Fan/Core Augmenter, Fuel. The 537th Aircraft Sustainment Squadron located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma is requesting information and conducting market research to determine if there are potential vendors which have the capabilities to establish repair procedures and become qualified sources of repair for the following NSNs and PNs: 1) NSN: 2995-01-310-2142, PN 5054M61G08; Noun: Distributor, Fan/Core Augmenter, Fuel; OEM: Parker Hannifin Corp. The work to be performed would entail Cleaning, Assembly, and Flow checking of piece part cartridge valve assemblies in the re-assembled condition/rework as required. Casted distributor housing internal cavity, sealing surface, and surface finish dimensional restoration to blueprint limits. 2) NSN: 2915-01-190-9266; PN 5054M61G05; Noun: Distributor, Fan/Core Augmenter, Fuel; OEM: Parker Hannifin Corp. The work to be performed would entail Cleaning, Assembly, and Flow checking of piece part cartridge valve assemblies in the re-assembled condition/rework as required. Casted distributor housing internal cavity, sealing surface, and surface finish dimensional restoration to blueprint limits. The repair procedures must be less than 75% of new procurement cost which currently is $1126.80 and $756.05 respectively. This RFI is for planning and market research purposes only and should not be considered as a request for proposals or as a solicitation to do business with the Government.
