- The solicitation has now been released and posted to ASFI. The solicitation and specifications are separate.pdf files and can be downloaded from: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_view.cfm?psolicitationnbr=W9127S08B0020 This modification to the synopsis corrects the set aside category and magnitude of construction of the proposed solicitation. This acquisition will be released as a Unrestricted, invitation for bids (IFB) under NAICS Code 237310. The project consists of performing asphalt pavement repairs and ditch maintenance in parks and recreational facilities operated by the by the Beaver Project Office located in Rogers, AR and Table Rock Project Office located in Branson, MO. The type of contract will be an Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total Not To Exceed capacity determined by the unit prices of the awardee. Individual Task Orders will be issued and funded for required repairs. The work encompasses pavement repair, applying asphalt concrete overlay, single bituminous surface treatment, scarifying, shaping, and compacting existing base course, pavement marking, scarifying, shaping, compacting existing bituminous surface treatment, placing and compacting aggregate base course shoulders, removing existing concrete pavement, placing stone, and performing ditch maintenance. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 for the base and two options years. The Government will conduct a Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visits, dates to be announced, details regarding the Conference will be provided in the solicitation, Section 00100. There will be a public bid opening. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a hard paper copy. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the bidders responsibility to check the following internet address daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Contractors registered with the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the internet after solicitation issuance. All prospective Bidders are encouraged to visit the Armys Single Face to industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view this as well as other business opportunities. Bidders must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the CCR Internet address is http://www.ccr.gov.
