- This narrative is provided for general informational purposes. Refer to plans and specifications for detailed information. Provide and construct 30 foot x 100 foot pre-engineered metal building with minor electrical and mechanical. The finished floor elevation to be 1055.5 feet. Building will include 6 inch concrete floor slab, interior walls to be lined with 24 gauge metal panels, build out one 9x107 office with thru wall HVAC, provide and install unit heaters, provide 10 x 12 elevated loading area on IBA overhead door even with FFE, connect to electrical and gas utility feeds (50 foot each), interior of roof structure to be lined with chicken wire to hold insulation, vinyl faced insulation, metal stud separation wall, T-8 lighting fixtures, four overhead doors, and three personnel doors. For security reasons, all technical and engineering data related to this solicitation will be distributed using the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.gov or fbo.gov) system. FedBizOpps is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. Interested bidders/offerors must register with FedBizOpps before accessing the system.
