- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement, Datacryptor Equipment, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This Request for Quotation is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code applicable to this solicitation is 332311. The small business size standard under this NAICS code is 500 employees. Requested item/description is as follows, CLIN001, 1 each Prefabricated Armory: Prefabricated Armory - 20'x10'x10' portable Field Armory. Approximate weight each unit: 31,000 LB. Standard electrical components include a 100 amp single phase 60 Hz exterior mounted disconnect panel, 8' fluorescent light fixtures, heat/AC unit with heavy duty steel exterior shroud, and one internal and one externally mounted electrical outlet. Unit has one single exterior door. Hinges are constructed of 1/4" heavy duty angle and the door includes two hinge-side 1 1/2"x1 1/2" steel security INS to prevent the door from being removed. CLIN002, 1 each Lightning protection kit: Lightning protection kit (includes 2 NFPA ground kits) CLIN003, 4 each Anchor bracket: Anchor bracket with bolt (6"). CLIN004, 2 each Work Bench: 30x60 Work Bench. CLIN005, 3 each Storage Cabinet: 36x24x 72 Storage Cabinets. CLIN006, 2 each Ammo Storage Cabinet: 36x20x 42 Ammo Storage Cabinets. CLIN007, 6 each Weapons Rack: Multi-Racks for Storage of: 50 - M4 without 203 Attached 36"x144"x48" 20 - M4 with 203 36"x48"x48" 4 - 50 cal 60"x30" 70 - 9mm Pistols 36"x20"x42" 20 - M870 Shotguns 36"x144"x48". CLIN008, 1 each Delivery and set up: This is to delivery all above items to Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, Nevada and to install all workbenches, cabinets and rack in provided building. Please include descriptive literature and/or complete specifications. Structure contract line item number(s) (CLIN) as follows: CLIN001, 1 each Prefabricated Armory, CLIN002, 1 each Lightning protection kit, CLIN003, 4 each Anchor bracket, CLIN004, 2 each Work Bench, CLIN005, 3 each Storage Cabinet, CLIN006, 2 each Ammo Storage Cabinet, CLIN007, 6 each Weapons Rack and 1 each Delivery and set up. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. Submit quotation on company letterhead utilizing the CLIN structure above; also provide documents verifying your company's ability to meet the qualification standards stated. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: price, technical quality & capability, features and warranty. In addition to the price list, offerors shall submit with their offer a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with Alternate I, or have a current ORCA registration.
