- Description
- Specifications: • The cooling tower shall have sufficient capacity to provide cooling for 11 growth chamber water cooled condensing units. • Each growth chamber has a 2-ton refrigeration unit producing approx. 240,000 BTUs, and requiring a flow of approx. 6gpm. Each is equipped with an adjustable water regulating valve. • Provide and install all pumps, thermostats, and any other items required for system. • Provide labor and materials for installation of a closed loop approximately 125’ long to provide water from tower to condensing units, a line to provide make up water to cooling tower, and any other plumbing requirements for system. • Provide labor and materials for all electrical requirements for the tower, pumps, and any other part of system. • Extend existing 4’ X 16’ concrete pad to accommodate cooling tower and install bollards to protect tower from traffic in parking area. The completion date is 90 days from Notice to Proceed.
