- Quotes are solicited for this project which is located in the community of Crescent in Klamath County, Oregon. The project consists of removing existing pavement and repaving the visitor parking lot at the Crescent Ranger District Office and sealing cracks in the employee/government vehicle parking lot. Major work items include removing existing asphalt, placing crushed aggregate and new hot mix asphalt, striping, and crack sealing. Estimated Government Price Range: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Estimated Start Work Date: September 22, 2008. Per the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Act, competition will be full and open on this project. Successful quoter is required to have a valid construction contractor's license from the Oregon Construction Contractors Board as well as all other required permits, licenses, and registrations required. A 100% payment bond is required for quotes greater than $30,000.00.
