- Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport intends to issue a solicitation for the following non-commercial supply: Washer, Thrust, AFT, in accordance with Drawing 6934967 and all associated drawings. This requirement is for CLIN 0001: Production quantity of 300 units. The evaluation will be Best Value to the Government. The solicitation number for this requirement when issued will be N00253-08-T-0210. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332991, and a size standard of 500 employees. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Drawings Referenced in this Solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to Vendors/contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with DLIS (Defense Logistics Info Svc Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors/Contractors that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Restricted Drawings and Technical Information are available through FedBizzops as an attachment to this solicitation. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 25 August 2008. The closing date of the solicitation will be 28 August 2008, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFP will be posted and available for download at FedBizopps, web link https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
