(76301) P/N 32-878-59-5 CONTRACT MINIMUM BUY QUANTITY: 10 each VARIOUS INCREMENTS SOLICITED: From 5 to 9, 10 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34 and 35 to 50. GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE: To be delivered at the rate of 20 each within 150 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 15 each every 30 days thereafter. SHIPMENTS: All shipments are to be made to CONUS stock locations. GOVERNMENT INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: DESTINATION FOB: DESTINATION. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: Unrestriced. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 750 employees OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES: This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). The proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity type Contract which contains an option to extend the contract period for two (1) year at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus 2-option year) shall not exceed 3 years. While prices may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
