- This special notice is a request for information (RFI). The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback from potential offerors, industry representatives, Government agencies, and other interested parties on a draft solicitation. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency, DSCA requests and encourages feedback on all areas of the requirement and the attached draft solicitation. Comments from interested parties will be accepted for approximately 15 calendar days after the posting date. To submit your input, please E-Mail your comments to: Thomas.Keithly@dsca.mil Paul.Verrastro@dsca.mil No phone calls will be accepted. Due to time constraints, and to encourage a free flow of ideas from industry, DSCA does not plan to respond directly or to post comments on the web site. However, each comment will be considered carefully in developing the formal solicitation. It is anticipated that the final solicitation will be issued in late summer 2008 following a sources sought notice.
