- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DOL089RQ20585 is issued as a request for quotation. The Department of Labor is seeks to enter into a blanket purchase agreement. The applicable NAICS code is 454311. This BPA is entered into pursuant to the terms of the FAR 8.404(b)(4). The items and services which the BPA holder is authorized to purchase on a cost- reimbursement basis shall be limited to only those specific items and services described in the order(s) issued to the BPA holder as authorized for purchase. The "ordering period" will run for 60 MONTHS 5 years from date of BPA award. Provide Department of Labor with Red HS Diesel Fuel for two 400kw Emergency Generators to support the Life Safety Systems during an emergency (re-fill) in the Frances Perkins Building. Underground Storage Tank has a 4000 gallon capacity. The delivery of the fuel shall be within 24 hours after the initial call to the Department of Labor Headquarters, Frances Perkins Building 200 Constitution Ave., N.W,. Washington, D.C. 20210. Upon arrival contact the Branch of Engineering for tank location and access to fill pipe. The contractor shall notify the Service Designators if unable to deliver the fuel within the timeframe. Hours of Work: Building access hours will be between 7:30 A.M. thru 6:00 P.M; Monday through Friday. The total maximum estimated ceiling for all five (5) years is *$2,800,000.
