The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, supervision, administration, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary, to perform Public Works (PW) functions at the following general locations in the state of Alaska: Fort Wainwright (FWA and specific Ft. Greely (FGA) locations). This includes, but is not limited to such work as preventive maintenance, routine and emergency service work orders on facilities and grounds, one time projects for additional repairs to covered facilities that were not previously identified as recurring requirements, but the nature of the work is within the general nature and scope of the contract, and documentation and reports. It is the intent of the Government to award this contract not later than 15 December 2008 for a base year performance period of 15 January 09 through 14 January 2010, plus four each option periods for a total of five years. Contract Phase-in is scheduled to be from 16 December 08 to 14 January 09, with full performance to begin on 15 January 2009.
