- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit ECS Composites, 3560 Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass, OR 97527 on a sole source basis for eighteen (18) each part number (p/n) 00111883 7304 TSC Rack Mount 4U, Green, and six (6) each p/n 00112521 7906 TSC Rack Mount 6U, Green. The cases are sole source for the following reasons. The cases are essential components of the Deployable Joint Command and Control (DJC2) infrastructure support suite and fit within a specific location in the load plan. The cases are tested and fielded parts of the DJC2 system that are currently an approved part of the system configuration. Delivery will be the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. The delivery schedule is 9 weeks after date of order. Anticipated award date is on or after 22 Aug 2008. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency; POC is richard.childress@navy.mil. NAICS Code 326199 applies. Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC is 8145.
