- This procurement is to provide fitness and wellness program management labor and services to the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC) Fitness Center located at 8725 John J. Kingman, North Post of Fort Belvior, Virginia 22060. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the "best value" to the Government, price and other technical factors considered. This requirement is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 71394. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about August 21, 2008 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fedbizops.gov. Once the solicitation has been issued it is incumbent upon all interested parties to frequently review this site for updates/amendments. Paper copies will also be made available by the Contracting Officer. Prior to the award of any proposed contract the contractor must be registered within the Central Contractor Register (CCR).
