- Contractor will provide technical writer and project financial account analysis for the preparation, completion, and distribution of project documents including project summaries, Memorandums of Agreements, transfer agreements, and final reports for P.L. 86-121 projects for the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service, Office of Environmental Health & Engineering, Division of Sanitation Facilities Construction. Estimated contract period is one year. Request for proposals will be released August 6, 2008.
