- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Enclosed double axle trailer Overall - Length: 17'10 inch; Width: 8'6inch; Height 9' (from ground) Interior - Length: 14'7inch; Width: 6'8inch; Height 7' 4inch (floor to ceiling) No internal fenders. 30inch x 30inch sliding window front corner upper left 36inch x 6' RV-Style right side door with 15inch x 30inch window. 6' rear ramp door. Rear jack stands. Under mount spare tire. 3/4inch plywd walls/floor. GVW or axle load minimum 1500 lbs. Walls/ ceiling finished w/ white vinyl w/insulation (fiberglass reinforced polymer lining is acceptable). Floor & ramp floor finished w/ spray-on bedliner. Work bench (6'X36inchX2') & overhead shelf (6'X12inch; 2' from ceiling) in front of trailer. 2 roof vents w/ Max Air covers. 3 ea 12 volt dome lights on ceiling w/ wall switch. 3 ea 12 volt dome lights under overhead shelf w/ wall switch. One 12 volt battery w/ box; wired to dome lights. 2 ea 110 volt 4' fluorescent lights on ceiling with wall switch. 1 ea 110 volt 4' fluorescent light under the overhead shelf w/ wall switch. 2 ea 110 volt outlets over work bench. 1 ea 110 volt exterior GFCI receptacle. 2 ea 4' electric baseboard heaters. 30 amp breaker panel w/ life line. 110 to 12 volt converter. 50' cable hard wired to breaker panel for 110 volt single- phase shore power. Truck-style tool box on tongue (5'X20inchX19inch). Trailer will be used in weather to 0 F. Standard ball hook on The trailers and R-4 insulation. See attached drawings for detail.
