- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Project Management Institute (PMI) for FWHA agency membership dues. The membership supports the professional development activities for agency employees and managers who are required to obtain certification, licensing and recognizing the achievement of others. PMI is the only known source who provides membership to this organization. All responsible sources may submit a response identifying their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the total estimated value is not to exceed $15,126.00.
