- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3H3G18204A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-21. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). All others will be deemed non-response. The NAICS code is 337124 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; Eight sets of Patio Furniture -Manufacture: Telescope Casual Furniture (or Equal): Each set includes the following: one Table, 6 swivel rockers with cushions, one umbrella and base, 2 end tables, 2 (two seat) patio gliders with cushions. 8 Each Oval Deluxe Glass Table 43 x 75, Powder Coated textured Espresso, with Tempered Glass Top 8 Each Patio Drap Umbrella 8.5 FT, Durable crank and tilt with Position Braking System, Fabric #590 Cayman C Grade 8 Each Umbrella Base, #28 24"cast iron market base, 65 lbs; Powder Coated Textured Expresso 16 Each Glass End Table, 22" Square Tempered glass, Powder Coated Textured Expresso 16 Each Savona II Patio Glider 2 seat with cushions, Powder Coated Textured Expresso, Fabric #590 Cayman C Grade 48 Each Savona II Swivel Patio Rocker with cushions, Powder Coated Textured Expresso, Fabric #590 Cayman C Grade FOB: Destination for delivery to Offutt AFB, NE 68113.
