- Description
- Specialty Center Acquisition NAVFAC (SCAN) Code RAQN0 for the Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center (NFELC), Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Port Hueneme, CA requires Contractor Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to provide technical and support services for the various NFELC clients, including Naval Expeditionary Combat Enterprises units deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Required services may be performed in any location worldwide, for any Federal Agency NFELC is supporting, but work will predominately take place at the contractor facility. In order to accept and begin work under this contract, Contractor personnel shall have a SECRET level Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance at the start of contract award. Upon award, a completed DD 254 (Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification) is a requirement of this contract. The Navy anticipates a Performance Based Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award contract, (IDIQ/ MAC) with four (4) one-year options to no more than two (2) firms. This procurement is 100% UNRESTRICTED with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541330, Engineering Services. The solicitation will be available by INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. All solicitation documents and amendments thereto will be posted on the FEDBIZ http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ and on the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil. The Solicitation will be available for review on the website (TBD); the closing date will be forty-five days after posting. It shall be the Contractors responsibility to check the websites for the solicitations issuance and any amendments. Qualified parties are required to register for the solicitation at the NAVFAC E-Solicitation website. The Contractor is required to register with the Department of Defense Central Contractor Register (CCR).
