- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of a sole source purchase order to Dimension4, Inc. of Bremerton, WA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The procurement will be firm-fixed price for the design, development, integration, testing, and support of the Maintenance Support Service Module (MSSM), electronic Performance Support Tools (ePSTs), and Intelligent Graphics. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Reference solicitation number N00253-08-R-0055. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice must be received by 10:00 a.m. pacific standard time on 22 August 2008. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to karen.l.smith@navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
