- Department of the Army National Guard Bureau USPFO for Indiana. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This notice is not set aside for small business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are due in this office (MUTC Bldg.16, Butlerville, IN 447223) no later than Tuesday, August 12, 2008, 10:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The point of contact is CPT Peter Stephens at Tel: 821-458-8780 X 1559. Submissions may be hand delivered, e-mailed to (peter.stephens@army.mil) or faxed (812-458-8795). Quotes must be signed by the person authorized to encumber the company. Quotes are being solicited for the following for 1ea E-20 model trailer rig, with Greco urethane spray package, material supply package, and additional parts as outlined in the attached specifications. Vendors quoting must have specifications available to allow for immediate evaluation. The government shall evaluate each item as is specified in the RFQ. All items must be delivered within two (2) weeks (14 days) after the date of award of contract. Vendors wishing to submit an offer for these items as listed in the RFQ (W912L9-08-T-0054) must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All offers received prior to the closing date and time shall be considered. Those received later than the date and time posted in this notice shall not be considered. Items will be delivered to the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC), 4230 E Administration Drive, Building 17, Butlerville, IN 47223.
