- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each Elemental Combustion System, Model 4010- ECS 4010 Analytical Platform P/N: 4010-100, 1 each Zero Blank autosampler w/50 position carousel P/N: 41.00.003, 1 each EAS Clarity Single Channel Station – USB P/N: 42.10.060, and 1 each cable for starting the ECS 4010 from either the EAS software or a Mass Spectrometer P/N: 42.10.100, includes installation and training. (Microsoft IE required). Items must be brand name or equal. Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16th day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration database.
