- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to the Wildpackets, Inc. The intended contract will provide for continued maintenance support and enhancements necessary to the OmniPeek platform. Wildpackets, Inc. designed, developed, installed, and has continued to maintain the Omnipeek software for the DEA. Further Wildpackets, Inc. holds all proprietary rights to the OmniPeek software. As a result Wildpackets, Inc. is the only responsible source to provide the necessary accessibility to the program source code, for the maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to the OmniPeek software.
