- The Regional Contracting Office intends to issue a IDIQ contract with a period of performance of a Base and Four (4) Option Years for alterations of uniform clothing which shall include supplies and equipment. All alterations made under a contract resulting from this solicitation shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of the current or future revisions of Marine Uniform Regulation MCO P1020.34F, the Marine Corps Indvidual Clothing Regulation Manual (TM10120-1515/1) and all work shall be performed in a good professional workmanship manner. Award will be made to the offeror who represents to the Government the best value based on Technical, Past Performance, and Price Factors. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about August 8, 2008. The Government will not distribute hard copies of the solicitation. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading a copy of the solicitation for monitoring the site for any amendments.
