- The intent of this contract is to use earth moving equipment such as excavators and backhoes to replace an existing septic system. The project is located on the Medicine Bow National Forest near the town of Keystone, Wyoming. The work area is below the existing historic buildings at Keystone Guard Station. Estimated start work date 09/29/08, contract time 14 days. The solicitation, drawings, and specifications will be uploaded on 08/18/08.
