- END ITEM APPLICATION: DEF COMM TELETYPE (AN/ASR-02A,AN/MGC-02A,AN/TGC-20). PR No: 0018677870. This solicitation will contain one NSN – 5342-00-739-4569 for a Mount Resilient Weapon. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Defenitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 635 each. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Delivery: 185 days ARO. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Manufacturer Bell Helicopter Textron Inc, Cage: 97499, P/N: 204-031-927-7. Bell Helicopter Specification Control Drawing, which includes a Qualified Products list naming, the approved source as Lord Corporation, Cage: 76005, P/N J-8085-8. This is a Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part and is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). Configuration Control Applies, Shelf Life code “S” Type I, non-extendable, 60 months (05 Yrs). Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 8 August 08. Other than full and open competition applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
